Where Irish candidates actually look

Jobs.ie and IrishJobs are the Irish-native boards — strong domestic brand recognition, particularly for office, trades and hospitality roles. Indeed brings enormous volume through search and its app. CV-Library adds a large searchable CV database on top of applications. LinkedIn is where you find employed professionals who aren't actively hunting but will read a well-pitched role. And Google for Jobs isn't a board at all — it's the jobs panel inside Google search results, which a correctly structured advert appears in automatically.

Why single-board posting underperforms

Every board has a different audience, and no board has more than a fraction of the market. A candidate loyal to Jobs.ie may never open Indeed; a passive candidate lives on LinkedIn and nowhere else. Post on one board and you're invisible to everyone else's audience — then paying again to fix it when applications disappoint.
