1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the TalentFinder Ireland website (talentfinder.ie) and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. TalentFinder Ireland is operated by Cameron Clarke Associates t/a Talent Finder, a UK-registered business, with an Irish contact office at 6-9 Trinity St, Dublin 2, D02 EY47, Ireland.

2. Our Services

We provide (a) flat-fee job advertising — distribution of your vacancy across major job boards serving Ireland, including Jobs.ie, IrishJobs, Indeed, CV-Library and LinkedIn, with structured markup for Google for Jobs — and (b) Guaranteed Hire, a managed recruitment service priced by salary band.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in euro (EUR). Advertising packages: Premium €499 and Premium Plus €599 per vacancy; multi-credit discounts as published. Guaranteed Hire: flat fee by salary band (€1,800–€4,300), payable upon instruction. As a UK-registered supplier providing cross-border business-to-business services, no VAT is added to our charges; VAT-registered Irish customers account for Irish VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. Orders placed through the website are confirmed by our team by phone or email before payment is taken.

4. Refunds & Guarantees

Advertising: if your advert has not yet been posted to any job board, you may request a full refund; once live, refunds are not available, and unused credits never expire. Guaranteed Hire: every instruction includes our 100% money-back guarantee — we agree a fill window of 3–6 months at instruction, and if the role is not filled within that window you receive a full refund of the fee. The optional 12-Month Replacement Guarantee is a separate paid add-on with its own terms confirmed at instruction.
