How much does it cost to post a job in Ireland?
Premium is €499 and Premium Plus is €599, per vacancy, with a 28-day listing across Ireland's major job boards — Jobs.ie, IrishJobs, Indeed, CV-Library, LinkedIn and Google for Jobs. There is no commission when you hire. No VAT is added at checkout for Irish businesses (reverse charge applies).
Which Irish job boards will my vacancy appear on?
Your vacancy is distributed across Jobs.ie, IrishJobs, Indeed, CV-Library and LinkedIn, and is structured so it appears in Google for Jobs search results.
How long does my advert stay live?
28 days across all boards, with a refresh at day 14 to boost visibility.
How quickly will I receive CVs?
Your advert goes live within 24 hours of posting. Across our Irish adverts to date, an advert has drawn an average of 33 applications.
Is there commission when I hire?
No. Zero. The package price is the total price. There are no hidden fees, no commission, and no ongoing charges. You pay once and that's it.
How do bulk credits work?
Buy a 3-pack and save 15% per credit. Credits never expire and can be used for any package at any time. Hiring at higher volume? Call us and we'll price a bundle.
Why is no VAT added to my payment?
Talent Finder is a UK-registered supplier. For VAT-registered Irish businesses, cross-border B2B services fall under the reverse-charge mechanism — you account for Irish VAT in your own return and no VAT is added to our invoice. Your accountant will recognise this as standard.
Am I guaranteed to fill my role with an advertising package?

What does 'Guaranteed Hire' mean?
It means exactly what it says: we work on your vacancy until it's successfully filled. A dedicated recruiter with 15+ years' average experience handles everything — market intelligence, salary benchmarking, sourcing, screening and shortlisting — until you have the right person in the seat. If the first shortlist doesn't produce your ideal candidate, we go again. The flat fee covers the entire process, and if we don't fill the role within the agreed window you get a full refund.
How much does Guaranteed Hire cost in Ireland?
Pricing is a flat fee based on the salary band of the role: Standard (roles up to €34,999) €1,800; Professional (€35,000–€49,999) €2,300; Senior (€50,000–€69,999) €3,300; Executive (€70,000+) €4,300. Every tier includes the 100% money-back guarantee as standard. For context, a traditional agency charging 15–25% of salary would cost €6,750–€11,250 on a €45,000 role.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
It's included as standard on every instruction — no add-on required. When you instruct us we agree a fill window of 3–6 months depending on the role. If we don't fill it within that window, you get 100% of your money back. No questions asked, no partial credits, no vouchers.
When do I pay?
Payment is made upon instruction — that's what puts your dedicated recruiter to work and activates every sourcing channel from day one. The guarantee protects the payment: if we don't fill the role within the agreed window, it comes back to you in full.
How long does it typically take to fill a role?
On average, managed roles fill in around six weeks, and most instructions receive a qualified shortlist within the first 3–5 working days. Across our recent managed placements the median time to fill was 38 days, and roles have been filled in as little as 8 days. Your recruiter will give you a realistic timeline at the briefing stage — and if your role takes longer, we keep working at no additional cost.
How do you find candidates other agencies can't?

What if the candidate leaves after being hired?
The refund guarantee covers filling the role. Is there any commission if I hire someone?
