2. What Data We Collect

We collect: name, email address, phone number, company name, and vacancy details when you use our services. Candidates applying for roles also provide a CV and application details. Our website analytics are first-party, cookie-free page-view counts — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to process job advertising orders and recruitment instructions, communicate about your vacancies or applications, send relevant service updates, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share vacancy data with job boards (Jobs.ie, IrishJobs, Indeed, CV-Library, LinkedIn) to fulfil the advertising service. Candidate applications are shared with the hiring employer for the role applied to. Payments are processed by our payment providers; card data is not stored on our servers.
