TalentFinder Ireland (Cameron Clarke Associates t/a Talent Finder) provides flat-fee job advertising and managed recruitment for Irish employers. 2. What Data We Collect
We collect: name, email address, phone number, company name, and vacancy details when you use our services. Candidates applying for roles also provide a CV and application details. Our website analytics are first-party, cookie-free page-view counts — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to process job advertising orders and recruitment instructions, communicate about your vacancies or applications, send relevant service updates, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We share vacancy data with job boards (Jobs.ie, IrishJobs, Indeed, CV-Library, LinkedIn) to fulfil the advertising service. Candidate applications are shared with the hiring employer for the role applied to. Payments are processed by our payment providers; card data is not stored on our servers.
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or the ICO (UK). To exercise these rights, contact info@talentfinderuk.co.uk.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our page-view counts are first-party and anonymous. We also keep a small first-party note in your own browser's storage (not a cookie) of how you first reached this site: the website that linked to us, the page you landed on and any campaign tag in the link. It is kept for up to 30 days and is sent to us only if you make an enquiry, start an order or use the chat, so we know which pages and campaigns help employers find us. It is never shared and is not used to follow you across other websites. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
