Refer a friend for a role: €250 when they're placed
If you know someone who would suit a role we are recruiting for, send them your referral link. If they apply through it and Talent Finder places them in a role, we pay you €250 once they have started.
How it works
- Get your link. It is in the message we sent you, or on the page you see after our quick role check.
- Forward it. By WhatsApp, text or email — however you like. We never ask for their details.
- They apply through it. The link opens the live advert, and their application carries your referral.
- They start, you get €250. Once we have placed them and they have started, we pay you by bank transfer.
The terms
- Anyone can refer someone.
- The person you refer must apply through your referral link and be placed in a role by Talent Finder.
- Someone who is already an applicant in process with us for that role does not count as a referral.
- One reward of €250 per person placed.
- Paid after their start date, by bank transfer.
- There is no reward for referring yourself.
Questions
Do you contact the person I refer?
No. We never ask you for their details and we never contact them because of your referral. You send them your link; they decide whether to apply.
When is the €250 paid?
After the person you referred has started in the role we placed them in. We will contact you for your bank details and pay €250 by bank transfer.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Each person you refer who is placed in a role through us earns one reward of €250.
What if the role has already closed?
Your link will say so and show the roles that are open now.
